On Tuesday, the social media platform gave its verified users an early acces go it’s encrypted messaging service. According to the Twitter CEO, Elon Musk, the service is exclusively available for verified users who are able to install the latest version of the app.
Twitter Blue Subscription is now mandatory to get verified on the micro logging site. Its packages start from $8 per month or $84 per annum.
Elon Musk said, “when it comes to direct messages, the standard should be, if someone puts a gun to our heads, we still can’t access your messages.”
