The Ministry of National Defense of China has announced the participation of the Chinese armed forces in Pakistan National Day military parade scheduled for March 23.
Upon the invitation extended by the Pakistani military, a Guard of Honor from the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) will be sending a contingent to join the festivities.
This participation underscores the ongoing collaboration between the two nations, with China previously participating in 2017.
The upcoming parade, which will also see involvement from other countries such as Saudi Arabia, has been in the preparation phase since last month.
The Ministry of Defence had requested lists of officials for invitations by February 15. The event, expected to be attended by top government and military officials along with foreign dignitaries, will also witness significant participation from the general public.
The parade holds great significance, serving as a symbol of cooperation and solidarity between Pakistan and its allies.
It is anticipated to showcase the military prowess and strength of Pakistan on its National Day, further cementing the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the participating nations.
