Medical professionals at Benazir Shaheed DHQ Hospital have entered their fourth consecutive day of strike following the brutal murder of Dr. Warda, who was abducted and later found dead. Road Blockades and Public Disruption

Hospital staff and doctors staged a large-scale protest outside Ayub Teaching Hospital, blocking Resham Road in Abbottabad. The demonstration caused severe traffic disruptions, affecting daily commuters and local businesses. Protesters insist they will continue their strike until concrete action is taken in the investigation.

Police Confirm Premeditated Murder

DPO Haroon Rashid revealed in an ARY News interview that Dr. Warda’s murder was a premeditated act, involving four suspects, three of whom have been arrested. The case now includes charges of kidnapping, murder, and other criminal offenses. Initial investigations suggest a financial dispute may have been the motive, as Dr. Warda had reportedly given gold to a friend, Rida, who never returned it.

Doctors Demand Independent Investigation
