Imran Khan, the former prime minister and leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), appeared before the Lahore High Court on Monday in a matter involving a demonstration outside the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

To make room for Khan, police officers are attempting to move the crowd back.
The hearing began in the judges’ chamber following the entrance of the PTI leader.
Notwithstanding the inspector general’s assurances, according to Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Imran Khan is present on the court grounds, and the police have made the worst security measures (IG). He claimed that thousands of people were gathered on the court’s grounds, making it impossible for Imran Khan to enter the courtroom at this time.
He added that they will ask the judge to approve Imran Khan’s attendance because he is in the courtroom and obedient to the judge’s directions. He continued by saying that the court can choose a person to verify the PTI chief’s presence in his automobile.
The vice-chairman of PTI stated that they are awaiting the judgement of the court.
In the ECP protest case, Imran Khan had already been granted till 5:00 pm to appear before the Lahore High Court, but he had yet to do so.
