Established in November 2022, Fly Jinnah has swiftly risen to prominence in Pakistan’s aviation sector. The airline recently achieved a significant milestone by being granted CAT III certification by Pakistan’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for approaches, arrivals, and departures.

Notably, Fly Jinnah stands out as the sole domestic carrier with CAT III status across its entire fleet and for its pilots, enhancing its operational capabilities in extremely low visibility conditions, particularly during fog. The CAT III certification in the Instrument Landing System (ILS) holds great significance, supporting landing operations in challenging weather conditions.

Fly Jinnah to extend its horizons

With federal cabinet approval for international operations, Fly Jinnah is set to broaden its horizons, connecting Pakistan to destinations in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Turkiye, and the UAE.

This move is anticipated to not only improve navigation and operational efficiency during adverse weather conditions between major cities in Pakistan but also positions Fly Jinnah as a key player in both domestic and international aviation markets.

The airline’s remarkable achievements also include being recognized by the CAA as the top domestic airline for flight punctuality, boasting an impressive on-time departure rate of 87.93%, surpassing competitors like Air Sial, Air Blue, and Serene Airlines. Fly Jinnah’s strong operational performance underscores its growing influence in the aviation industry.
