Mobile NICOP Registration to Serve Pakistanis in Dammam

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a special mobile registration campaign in Saudi Arabia, scheduled for July 25 and 26, 2025. This two-day service will be held in Dammam, operating from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on both Friday and Saturday, in collaboration with the Pakistan Embassy.

This outreach initiative is designed to provide convenient access to identity-related services for Pakistani expatriates living in the Kingdom, particularly those seeking to acquire or renew their National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).

Registration Camp Location and Services

The mobile registration team will be stationed at Tamimi New Camp, Dhahran in the Eastern Province. Location and access details have been made available on NADRA’s official digital platforms for easy reference.

Services offered will include:

  • Issuance of new NICOPs
  • Renewal and updates to existing NICOPs
  • Biometric verification and document submission

A Community-Centric Move by NADRA

This is NADRA’s third major outreach effort in Saudi Arabia over the past year. It follows the establishment of a fixed registration desk at the Pakistan Embassy in Riyadh, introduced earlier in 2024.

Pakistani residents in the Kingdom have widely appreciated NADRA’s proactive approach, praising it as a convenient and timely service that reduces the need for costly travel back to Pakistan for basic documentation.

Strengthening Access to Identity Services Abroad

By deploying mobile registration units, NADRA is reinforcing its commitment to serving the diaspora, making essential national services more accessible for overseas Pakistanis.

This initiative is particularly vital for workers and families in remote areas who often face challenges visiting embassy locations due to distance, time, or mobility constraints.

Recent NADRA Policy Updates for Families

In a related move, NADRA recently updated its policy for child registration, replacing the B-Form with the Child Registration Certificate (CRC) as the new mandatory document for children’s passport applications.

This update enhances data accuracy and reinforces each child’s individual legal identity within national records.
