In April 2024, Pakistan’s textile exports experienced a decline of 4.84 percent, totaling $1.237 billion, compared to $1.300 billion reported in March of the same year. Despite a marginal increase of 0.37 percent in textile group exports on a month-on-month basis compared to April 2023’s figures, this April marked a 12-month low in textile exports.

For the first ten months (July-April) of fiscal year 2024, textile exports saw a decrease of 0.19 percent, with exports standing at $13.683 billion, down from $13.709 billion in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
