The Pakistan Blind Cricket Team is geared up to take on India in the upcoming Triangular Series, set to commence on February 21st, 2024, at the International Cricket Council (ICC) Cricket Academy Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Joining Pakistan and India in the three-nation tournament will be Sri Lanka, making for an exciting competition between some of the best blind cricket teams in the world. The opening ceremony will mark the beginning of the series on February 21st, followed by the highly anticipated clash between Pakistan and India on February 22nd.

India will then face Sri Lanka on February 23rd, while Pakistan will square off against Sri Lanka on February 24th. The top two teams from the round-robin stage will battle it out in the final on February 25th.

Speaking about the team’s preparation and expectations, Chairman of the Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) Syed Sultan Shah expressed confidence in their abilities. “We have been training hard for this series, and considering our past performance, we believe we are the favorites to win the trophy,” he declared. “If everything goes according to plan, Pakistan Inshallah will lift the trophy.”

Leading the charge for Pakistan will be seasoned captain Nisar Ali, who will be aiming to guide his team to victory in this prestigious tournament.
