Shahzad Qureshi of Pakistan has won a silver medal in the ongoing 14th WBPF World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships & Congress in South Korea. He finished second in the 90 KG event, behind an Indian rival, and a Korean athlete claimed the bronze.
This is Pakistan’s second medal in the event, following Arsalan Baig’s silver medal in the Physique category. Qureshi also won a bronze medal in the men’s master bodybuilding category last year.
Qureshi’s achievement is a major boost for bodybuilding in Pakistan, and it shows that the country has talented athletes who can compete at the international level.
