The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially launched its first-ever online streaming platform, “PCB Live,” offering fans around the world direct access to live cricket, exclusive digital content, and timeless match archives. The platform has debuted in the United Kingdom, with expansion to other countries planned soon.
According to an official PCB statement, UK viewers can now stream Pakistan’s home series against South Africa starting October 12 through the web-based version of PCB Live. The mobile app is also set to launch by the end of October, giving fans the flexibility to watch matches and highlights on smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs.
This marks a major step forward in PCB’s digital transformation, positioning Pakistan among cricketing nations that have established their own direct-to-consumer streaming ecosystems. The platform will feature live international fixtures, select domestic tournaments, and historic match replays, alongside exclusive documentaries, player interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
The upcoming tri-nation series between Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Sri Lanka will also be streamed live on the service, expanding its international visibility and appeal.
Calling the launch a “momentous milestone”, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi said that the new platform demonstrates the board’s commitment to bringing fans closer to the game through modern technology.
“We are proud to launch our own OTT platform in an era where digital convenience defines the fan experience,” Naqvi stated. “While PCB Live starts in the UK, we plan to gradually expand access worldwide so fans everywhere can stay connected to Pakistan cricket.”
He added that PCB Live blends nostalgia with innovation, offering fans both the thrill of live action and the chance to relive unforgettable cricketing moments.
With this launch, the PCB joins global sporting bodies in embracing direct digital engagement — reducing dependence on traditional broadcasters and giving fans greater control over how and where they watch their favorite sport.
