The project was inaugurated during Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti’s unannounced visit to the Motorway Police’s Driving License Centre in Quetta. During his inspection, the Chief Minister personally engaged with the process, including taking the theoretical and practical driving tests before submitting his application for an International Driving License.

Commending the transparent operations of the National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP), Bugti noted that the licensing system reflects public trust and sets a new standard for professionalism.
