Science and human body requirement make it essential for an individual to consume at least eight glasses of water everyday. Without a shadow of doubt, water is an essential part of everybody’s routine to avoid dehydration and heatstroke.

Here are a few tips:
1) As soon as you break your fast, it is advised to drink one glass of water straightaway. It is recommended to drink your second glass of water in the middle of your Iftaar meal.
2) Have a break for 30 minutes to an hour after your Iftaar meal, and consume the third glass of water before Isha prayer.
3) For fourth glass of water to complete your water intake, it is advised to sip it after completing your Isha prayer.
4) You can have your fifth glass of water after having another short break of an hour. It will make around 10-11 PM in various countries.
5) For your sixth glass of water, you can consider having it after another hour or two.
6) To complete daily 8-glass water intake, sip a glass before Suhoor, and your last glass a few minutes before dawn prayer.
Following this schedule, you will be able to complete your daily water intake to avoid dehydration, dull skin, sluggish bowel movements, and fatigue.
