Ramiz Raja the Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman, who recently took the charge from Ehsan Mani, faced some tough days in his office right from day 1, before his joining both Pakistani coaches stepped down from their duties, followed by a major setback by New Zealand opting to finish the tour of Pakistan citing threat alert on Friday.

Ramiz Raja known as a blunt personality tweeted on the same day and threatened the New Zealand Cricket Board to see you in ICC.

“Crazy day it has been! Feel so sorry for the fans and our players. Walking out of the tour by taking a unilateral approach on a security threat is very frustrating. Especially when it’s not shared!! Which world is NZ living in??NZ will hear us at ICC.” He wrote in his tweet.

Today, Pakistan Cricket Board’s official handle on Twitter shared a video message in which Ramiz Raja tried to share his message for the fans, players and other cricketing nations.

Ramiz Raja said “we have been through this situation before and bounced back and have always moved forward because we have a lot of resilience. We will do so once again”

He also iterated the fans to stay with the team and the process.

“I say to the players whatever frustrations and anger you have about the tour being abandoned, just go out there and perform and become the best team in the world”: He added.

As we speak, it is no doubt a tough time for every cricket fan in Pakistan, especially the authorities at the cricket board, we need to support our team at every level to give them the same confidence that we used to give them in the past.
