Sindh Government to Distribute 500,000 Free Solar Panels in 2024

The Sindh government has announced a major solar energy initiative aimed at providing free solar panels to 500,000 deserving households across the province. The announcement was made by Sindh Energy Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, who highlighted the government’s commitment to expanding renewable energy access to underprivileged areas.

Speaking at an inauguration ceremony for electricity supply in Abdullah Rind Goth, Manghopir Town, the minister emphasized that the solar panels will be provided to residents facing electricity shortages.
