With over 50 boats parked at Al Lulu Island in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) just created the largest word ever recorded, ushering in the New Year with a new Guinness World Record.

The Khaleej Times reports that the Captain’s Club organized a boat tie-up that included a variety of boats for fishing, water sports, pontoons, and cruising. The club members came up with the original idea to celebrate National Day’s 52nd anniversary.

Boats were prepared to move at one in the morning, according to Mihyar’s additional description of the incident. From the marinas on Yas Island and the Emirates Palace, they were transported to Al Lulu Island, an island off the coast of Abu Dhabi.

“We also planned a big BBQ for the whole team to enjoy before we started working,” he stated. People got into the working spirit at first light. Around six in the morning, we began putting the boats into shape.

“As we went, we filled in the spaces between the initial vertical lines that formed the letters ‘U, A, and E.'” We made sure that every anchor and piece of gear was ready.
