Customer Service Gets Flexible Hours:
During Ramadan, some Customer Happiness Centres will operate with slightly modified timings. Branches in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Tawar, and Al Manara will be open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, these centres will be open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm midday. Don’t worry, Smart Customer Happiness Centres located in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kifaf, and RTA’s HQ will continue their 24/7 operations throughout Ramadan.
Dubai Public Parking Schedules Adjusted:
Dubai’s public parking zones will see adjusted paid parking hours during Ramadan. From Monday to Saturday, parking will be charged in two shifts:
- First Shift: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Second Shift: 8:00 pm – 00:00 midnight
TECOM Parking Zone (F) will have a single paid parking period from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. For added convenience, multi-storey car parks will continue to operate 24/7 throughout Ramadan.
Uninterrupted Public Transport:
Great news for commuters! There will be no changes to the operating hours of the Dubai Metro and Tram during Ramadan. The Red Line and Green Line stations will maintain their regular schedules:
- Monday – Thursday: 5:00 am – 00:00 midnight
- Friday: 5:00 am – 1:00 am (next day)
- Saturday: 5:00 am – 00:00 midnight
- Sunday: 8:00 am – 00:00 midnight
The Dubai Bus schedule will also be adjusted to align with the Metro timings. During weekdays, buses will operate from 4:30 am to 12:30 am (next day). Weekends will see buses running from 6:00 am to 1:00 am (next day).
Marine Transport with Slight Modifications:
While most Dubai public transport remains on its regular schedule, some adjustments will be made for Abra and Water Taxi services. These changes aim to be respectful of Ramadan traditions. Here’s a quick breakdown:
