MemeFi Telegram game, the popular tap-to-earn combat game, announced today a significant platform shift just weeks ahead of its much-awaited token launch and airdrop. From its current development on the Ethereum layer-2 scaling solution Linea, MemeFi now launches its token on the Sui network with an eye on the unique layer-1 architecture for the betterment of user experience and scalability.
Developers announced the change today, unveiling a new strategic partnership with Mysten Labs, the creators of Sui-and were planning a series of initiatives, among which will include marketing campaigns and an airdrop aimed at the integration of the Sui network into the Telegram ecosystem. The partnership with Mysten Labs will apply Sui’s robustness to demonstrate its potential as a core MemeFi transaction player, bringing faster and lower-cost transactions into the game.
What’s in Store for MemeFi Telegram Game Players on Sui?
The MemeFi game is leading the tap-to-earn combat genre and will take its final snapshot of players’ activities on November 6, which defines how its MEMEFI tokens will be allocated during the airdrop. Players can play as much as they can until then to increase their chances of earning a more generous allocation. Already, starting November 8, “pre-checked” allocations are possible through the OKX Wallet, further expanding transparency in the airdrop process.
One major aspect that the Sui network transition is expected to bring about is performance improvement in MemeFi. The user is going to find a way smoother in-game transactions now than what was provided in the earlier Ethereum layer-2 framework. The developers of MemeFi believe that native Telegram compatibility in Sui will encourage more players to get involved with the game and the ecosystem.
Token Launch on November 12, Pre-Market Trading Begins
Another recent launch is the pre-market trading of the MEMEFI token on OKX’s futures platform. This, therefore, means that players and traders can now advance and predict the future value of the token, which makes the waiting time up until November 12 for the official launch of the token even more thrilling. In this respect, MemeFi is different from most Telegram crypto games. While most are based on The Open Network (TON), MemeFi is running on Sui instead.
This strategic pivot sets a new chapter for MemeFi, one that will undoubtedly attract even more players as people are eager to explore Sui’s capabilities and maximize their earnings from this exciting experience of gaming in Telegram.
