Asad Memon, a young Pakistani mountaineer, was part of a 15-member team that successfully climbed the highest peak in the world despite the bad weather. He was the only Pakistani in the team and hoisted Pakistani flag on the 8,849-metre-high peak.
He is the eighth Pakistani and first mountaineer from Sindh to summit Mount Everest. Memon has already climbed four of the seven highest mountains in the world.
Due to the bad weather, Memon suffered some injuries like knee injury, burns and a broken hand. Hopefully, he will recover soon and will create a new world record soon.
