KARACHI: According to ARY News, Karachi University (KU) Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Khalid Iraqi has made key choices about admissions policy and cost structure for BS and Masters degrees.
Dr Khalid Iraqi, the VC of Karachi University (KU), took key decisions on admissions and fees for BS and Masters degrees for the new academic year 2024. The KU administration increased the costs for BS and Masters degrees by 30% for the new academic year 2024, however it will only apply to those programmes.
Convener Professor Dr Faiyaz H. M. Vaid, Dean of Faculty of Medicine Professor Dr Fareeda Islam, Professor Dr Iqbal Azhar, Professor Dr Basit Ansari, Dr Akmal Waheed, Professor Dr Farhat Hussain Jaffery from Karachi Medical and Dental College make up the committee formed to establish a medical college.
The committee would present to the VC Professor Dr Khalid Iraqi the legal formalities and prerequisites for the formation of the KU Medical College.
