The AirHelp Score 2025 has unveiled its annual ranking of the world’s top airlines, assessing carriers on punctuality, customer satisfaction, and claims processing efficiency. This year, Qatar Airways reclaimed its position as the best airline globally, scoring an impressive 8.16 out of 10. The Doha-based airline excelled in customer satisfaction, earning 9.1 for its premium Qsuite cabins, exceptional service, and efficient passenger assistance.

Middle Eastern and European Carriers Show Strong Performance

Etihad Airways, based in Abu Dhabi, made a remarkable leap of nine positions to secure second place with a score of 8.07. The airline was praised for its calm cabin atmosphere, attentive crew, and sustainability initiatives. Meanwhile, Virgin Atlantic surged 27 spots to land third place (8.03), with travelers applauding its friendly staff and mood-lit cabins that enhance in-flight comfort.

Europe also made a strong showing, with KM Malta Airlines, formerly Air Malta, debuting in the top five (7.85). The airline achieved Europe’s best on-time performance (8.7) and received praise for its efficient operations and hospitable service. Brussels Airlines (9th, 7.66) and LOT Polish Airlines (10th, 7.65) also featured prominently, recognized for their reliability and passenger experience.

Airlines From Australia, North America, and Asia-Pacific Excel

Australia’s Qantas maintained its reputation for safety and efficiency, ranking fourth (7.99). The airline continues to impress with projects like Project Sunrise, aiming to connect Sydney to London and New York via ultra-long-haul flights. In North America, Aeromexico (6th, 7.84) led the region with high punctuality (8.4) and customer satisfaction (8.3).

From the Middle East, Saudia (7th, 7.69) jumped 27 places, reflecting improvements in on-time performance and cabin upgrades. Oman Air (8th, 7.69) also stood out with the highest punctuality score (8.8), emphasizing its commitment to hassle-free travel.
