Pakistan Super League franchises have finalized the PSL 12 player auction framework, confirming retention limits, salary caps, minimum squad spending and the timetable leading into the January 23, 2027 auction.
All eight franchises agreed unanimously on the core player-movement and squad-building rules during a tournament operations workshop held at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
