Saudi Arabia has introduced a revised visiting schedule for pilgrims planning to visit Riyaz-ul-Jannah at Masjid-e-Nabawi, aiming to improve crowd management and enhance the spiritual experience for worshippers.
According to the updated arrangement, male visitors will now be allowed to access the Holy Rawdah daily from 2:00am until Fajr prayers. Authorities have also confirmed a second visiting window for men, which will remain open from 11:20am until Isha prayers.
The new schedule is part of Saudi Arabia’s continued efforts to streamline pilgrimage operations and ensure smoother movement inside one of Islam’s holiest sites. Thousands of pilgrims visit Riyaz-ul-Jannah every day, especially during Umrah and Hajj seasons, making organized scheduling essential for safety and convenience.
Officials have also reminded visitors that permits for entering Riyaz-ul-Jannah must be booked in advance through the Nusuk app. The digital platform allows pilgrims to reserve visiting slots, manage permits, and access important travel and worship-related services during their stay in Saudi Arabia.
The updated timings are expected to help reduce overcrowding during peak hours while allowing pilgrims more flexibility to plan their visits. Saudi authorities continue to introduce digital solutions and improved management systems to enhance the overall pilgrimage experience for visitors arriving from around the world.
Pilgrims are advised to check the latest updates and permit availability regularly through the Nusuk app before heading to Masjid-e-Nabawi. Authorities have also urged visitors to follow all guidelines and maintain discipline inside the mosque premises to ensure a peaceful environment for worship.
Saudi Arabia has been consistently modernizing pilgrimage services in recent years, with a strong focus on digital accessibility, visitor comfort, and crowd control measures. The latest revision in visiting hours reflects the Kingdom’s ongoing commitment to facilitating religious tourism and improving services for millions of Muslims annually.
